The UX Design Process
It takes a lot to put a good website together and it gets all the more challenging when this website is your online business, product or an online brand.

Communication & Web Strategy
Step 1 is to seek answers a host of fundamental business, marketing, promotion and communication related issues and decide how it must translate online. In this stage we decide on how we position and differentiate ourselves online which in turn influences the website approach and treatment. Also, the Internet Marketing Strategies that will be adopted once the site is up is also factored in so as to avoid rework.
Content design & Architecture
Content design is a process where we decide what the website or the Internet product must 'contain' - copy, research papers, white papers, case studies, features, functionality, games, ads or just about anything that will help us achieve your online objectives. This content is then structures resulting in a site architecture and Information architectures of all the pages of the website.
Functional & Usability Design
This stage is more relevant for web products and applications when we 'design' the features, functionalities, the work flow, the business logic and the user experience. Decisions are made on the 'front end technologies' like Adobe Flex, Ajax, Flash Scripting depending on the usage. The usability design is the process of making the functionalities on the as easy as possible and as exciting as it can get.
Graphic & GUI Design
This is the 'look and feel' phase where we design based on 'appropriateness'. We use different approaches depending on whether it is a Brand site/ Corporate site/ Marketing SIte/ Internet Brand/ Web 2.0 Community Site or a Blog.
Prototyping & Production
On completion of the design phase we complete the cycle by going into programming of the website and prototyping in the case of Internet Products or Web Applications. The outcome of this phase is a tested website ready for hosting or a prototype with which we go into the development process
